PRECYOUS aims to encourage healthy community engagement and positive behaviour among youth through sports activities, with the goal of preventing negative influences and promoting a safe and inclusive society.
- Enabling Civil Society Organizations to implement innovative strategies that empower underprivileged young people to participate in social activities through sports, fostering social cohesion and promoting positive community initiatives in specific municipalities/districts in North Macedonia
- enhance collaboration with (and among) local authorities and build trust and dialogue with them
- enable CSOs to have a more active role in policy-making and dialogue through capacity-building and advocacy at local, national and EU levels

Establishment of 2 Social Action Youth/Sports Hubs
Capacity building of 80 young sports professionals in grassroots sports to enhance their ability to identify potential issues and promote peaceful resolution of conflicts
Empowering 1000 young individuals within the local communities with the tools and skills necessary to combat negative influences and foster positive attitudes.
40 CSO staff with enhanced capacities in personal development skills
80 young men and women with reduced opportunities benefiting from the programme
